Volunteers come to BBC

Volunteers serve the college in a variety of ways including · Working in our Gift Shop, · Managing the Guest House, · Helping in the English Administration office, · Volunteering with the Shepherd Society, · Teaching ESL, · Helping with general maintenance and projects around BBC including our Student Center building project. · Driving and general assistance · Construction work, painting etc · General housekeeping duties · Gardening We are looking for medium and long term volunteers who will be flexible and willing to serve in a difficult situation but will gain much from a varied cross cultural experience. This is an opportunity to gain experience on missions in a team environment and to contribute to the life of the College and support the local Christian community. There would be opportunities to meet local believers and to learn some of the Arabic language. Volunteers would need to fund their own travel but assistance for accommodations might be available. All ages and skills considered. Visa Information A visa can be obtained at the airport on arrival and is usually for 3 months. To obtain a long term visa, applications have to be made through a supporting agency. For some countries it is advisable to contact your Embassy concerning your visa.
