Strategic Planning Session

Faculty, staff and Board Members of BBC gathered for a full day of assessing and evaluating BBC’s strengths, weakness, and opportunities for growth. Bart Den Boer, long term volunteer, facilitated the process. At the end of the day we had four goals for the college which we will begin to tackle in January.

Pastor Alex Awad opened the day with devotions. He spoke about how each member of the College is important to its whole health. Alex encouraged us to use our gifts as well as we can to please the Lord and to give the best outcome for the College.

Pastor Jack Sara interviewed Dr. Bishara Awad about the founding of BBC and his vision for BBC over the past 33 years. This was interesting to review and beneficial for setting the background for the process of strategic planning for the College’s future.
