Opening Day Games and BBQ at BBC
Bethlehem Bible College marked the beginning of a new academic year with a fun day of games and eating together. The event began in the chapel and was opened with welcome, prayer and singing led by the faculty as well as a devotional from alumnus Monica Hawwesh. Current student Ava Yousef presented a delightful flower arranging demonstration. The beautiful bouquet was later given as a prize.
Activities continued with entertainment, and prizes which took place in the chapel. Bishara Awad ended the indoor part in a closing prayer. This was followed by intense games of volley ball and basket ball, pitting the faculty and staff against the students.
Outside, the celebrating continued in a Christian atmosphere, with energetic amplified music providing background to the games.
The day was organized by the BBC student Council with the leadership of Sharin Awwad.
