Saying Farewell to Miriam and Paul

On Friday we said farewell to a Miriam and Paul Bazely who have served as our Guest House managers since May.  Miriam and Paul are part of the Bruderhof, a communal movement who follow Christ’s command to love God and neighbor.  They have faithfully welcomed dozens of guests with gracious hospitality and have made our Guest House feel like home.  As part of their responsibilities they have picked up and delivered guests to and from the airport, provided a fresh breakfast each morning, kept the Guest House rooms clean, and kindly answered endless queries about where to go and what to do in Bethlehem and the West Bank. They will be greatly missed but we are very grateful for their service and pray for God to bless them as they return to their community.
