Rev. Dr. Jack Sara, President of Bethlehem Bible College, recently attended the 4th Lausanne Congress on World Evangelization, held in Incheon, Korea, alongside over 5,000 participants from across the globe. During the conference, he connected with hundreds of leaders, building new friendships and partnerships for BethBC.
In preparation for the event, Pastor Sara co-authored two influential papers and co-moderated a key session focused on radical politics, Christianity, and religious freedom. The session explored complex issues such as identity politics, power dynamics, and the role of Christian values in public life, with a particular emphasis on regions like Palestine and the Middle East. The congress also highlighted the global challenges to religious freedom.
After the main event, Pastor Sara was invited to a post-conference meeting in Busan, where he spoke at a prominent missions gathering. His contributions were crucial in advancing discussions on issues related to the Christian faith. He also had the opportunity to share how God is at work among the Palestinian people, both in Palestine and beyond.
