Bethlehem Bible College Leaders Bring a Message of Hope to the World

This month, leaders from Bethlehem Bible College participated in significant international engagements, amplifying the voice of Palestinian Christians and advocating for peace and justice in the Holy Land.

Rev. Dr. Jack Sara, President of Bethlehem Bible College, embarked on two international visits. In Dubai, he attended the Movement Day Middle East, where he addressed leaders from across the region on city transformation and the Gospel’s impact. Later, he traveled to Finland, where he preached in churches and spoke at various venues about the ongoing challenges in the Holy Land. During his visit, he formed new connections and shared the realities and hopes of Palestinian Christians. Invited by Open Doors Finland, Rev. Dr. Sara collaborated in multiple activities, highlighting Open Doors’ longstanding partnership with Bethlehem Bible College since its founding. He also honored the organization’s founder as a personal friend and steadfast supporter of the college’s mission.

Mrs. Shireen Awwad Hilal, Director of the Community Outreach Center, traveled to Switzerland in collaboration with Open Doors, raising awareness about the increasingly difficult conditions in Gaza and the West Bank, particularly for Christian communities. Through her testimony, she highlighted the worsening humanitarian and spiritual crisis affecting these communities.

Dr. Yousef Alkhouri, Academic Dean, visited the United States, where he participated in a Telos event and engaged with churches and Christian leaders to advocate for a just peace in Israel and Palestine.

Additionally, Rev. Dr. Munther Isaac, former Academic Dean and current Director of the Peace and Justice Institute, is also in the United States, launching his new book and speaking at universities and churches. His work continues to promote justice, reconciliation, and the Gospel of peace.

These international engagements reflect Bethlehem Bible College’s unwavering commitment to being a prophetic voice for truth, justice, and hope—bringing the message of the Holy Land to the global church.
