Dr. Jihan Nazzal is an administrative leader and organizational development expert with over 28 years of professional experience in management, human resources, and organizational development across leading institutions in Palestine. Currently serving as the Director of Administration and Finance at Bethlehem Bible College, she plays a vital role in strategic planning, organizational leadership, and capacity building within the institution, where she is also a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
Dr. Nazzal holds a Doctorate in Human Science from Maryland University, USA, where her research explored the impact of integrating the CoRT (Cognitive Research Trust) program into school curricula to cultivate critical thinking and self-awareness among Palestinian students. She also earned a Master’s degree in Human Development from the same university, with a strong foundation in modern management and leadership. She also learnt her Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration graduating with honors from Bethlehem University- Palestine. With her rich background, Dr. Nazzal brings a unique, integrated approach to institutional growth and is keen to building highly efficient and well-organized organizations.
Before joining Bethlehem Bible College, Dr. Nazzal held key leadership positions at the East Jerusalem YMCA Rehabilitation Program, where she served as Head of Human Resources and Grants Administrator. Her achievements included designing and implementing comprehensive HR systems, strengthening staff development frameworks, and managing relationships with international donors.
Her commitment to professional growth is reflected in her participation in numerous local and international training programs on leadership, project management, spiritual well-being, and human development. In recognition of her entrepreneurial and academic excellence, she received the “Palestinian Student Enterprise 1st Award” from Bethlehem University’s Business Development Centre in 1996.
Dr. Nazzal’s interests include human and spiritual development, natural healing, reading and continuous learning.
