Passing the Torch
Last Saturday, BBC staff, faculty, students, and supporters both local and international, gathered to celebrate the Inauguration of Rev. Jack Sara as President of Bethlehem Bible College.
Rev. Mitri Raheb spoke saying, “BBC stands out for its transition from all international teachers when it was established 33 years ago, to an institution with all local Palestinian teachers and theologians today.”
Brother Andrew, who joined the celebration via skype, stated: “We are here today to see the mantle of the Lord fall from Dr. Bishara to Rev. Jack.”
We, at BBC, are thankful for Rev. Jack Sara and pray that God’s hand will be upon him as he guides BBC to build the His kingdom.
