Strategically Planning for the Mission of BBC

Faculty, staff and Board members were invited to a 4 hour session on March 28, 2014, to continue the process of determining the direction that BBC is heading. Bart Den Boer facilitated the process. He used the analogy of a ship that needs to know the direction it is going, it needs the crew, and it needs fuel.  At this meeting, in order to determine the direction, we confirmed the Core Values that we worked on at the February meeting. There was open and honest discussion about the mission of the College from stakeholders that have a passion for the Bethlehem Bible College they love. All Board Members, staff and faculty will be meeting again on Friday, April 4 to finalize the wording of the Mission Statement and to work on Strategic Objectives that will guide future direction and decision making of the College.
