Training Session for the Academic Staff

Bethlehem Bible College organized a two-day training and spiritual retreat in partnership with Nazareth Evangelical College in Al-Taybeh city, Ramallah. The purpose was to discuss mechanisms and ways to cooperate with Nazareth Evangelical College. The training was attended by the President of Bethlehem Bible College, Rev. Dr. Jack Sara, the Academic Dean, Rev. Dr. Munther Isaac, his deputy, Mr. Gabriel Hanna, and Pastor Danny Awad, along with a group of faculty members. From Nazareth Evangelical College, Rev. Dr. Yohanna Katanacho, Pastor Azar Ajaj, Dr. Rola Mansour, and Ms. May Saed participated in the training.

Dr. Yohanna Katanacho gave a lecture on the importance of studying the Old Testament, through presenting his book “Introduction to the Old Testament”, where he provided advice on how to gather and write ideas in an attempt to encourage all attendees to write. He also suggested that his book be taught as a course for first-year students at Bethlehem Bible College

On the second day, Pastor Azar Ajaj presented an overview and definition of the administrative staff’s work at Nazareth Evangelical College, while Dr. Yohanna Katanacho helped explain the academic matters. Dr. Jack Sara also shared the administrative structure and division of all departments of Bethlehem Bible College, and discussed the college’s strategy, mentioning all its achievements. Dr. Munther Isaac also presented a brief overview of the academic office work and its future aspirations.

The meeting also included a time of worship, laughter, meals, and Christian fellowship.
