Honoring Mr. Gabriel Hanna

Bethlehem Bible College recently held a ceremony to honor Mr. Gabriel Hanna for his long-standing dedication and generosity during his tenure as the Deputy Academic Dean and Student Affairs Coordinator. They bid him a proud farewell as he transitions to his new role as the director of the Hebron Evangelical School.

Mr. Gabriel’s journey at the college was characterized by a series of achievements, starting from his student days to his rise to high leadership roles. He initially joined the college in the nineties, pursuing a diploma and later a bachelor’s degree in Biblical Studies. Subsequently, he returned as a media student in the first batch and furthered his academic pursuits by completing a master’s degree in Leadership and Christian Ministry as part of the inaugural cohort. Over time, Mr. Gabriel advanced through various roles, beginning in the media department in 2003, then serving as the Media Department Director before assuming the positions of Deputy Academic Dean and Student Affairs Coordinator.

Throughout his time at the college, Mr. Gabriel played a key role in leading the choir and showcased his talent as a pianist through performances at local and international venues, including prestigious churches. He consistently worked towards attracting students who shared a passion for serving God and the community, embodying a steadfast commitment to the college’s mission.

In his speech, Rev. Dr. Munther Isaac, the academic dean, commended Mr. Gabriel for his active role at the college, acknowledging his ongoing growth and commitment to serving both the institution and its students. He emphasized the belief in God’s plan for Gabriel’s future, noting that every end marks a new beginning. Today marks a day of celebration and pride for the college as Gabriel transitions to a new role as its ambassador. Rev. Munther concluded by congratulating Gabriel and expressing best wishes for his success, highlighting his enduring legacy of inspiration and achievement.

Rev. Dr. Jack Sara, the college president, acknowledged the challenge of articulating the emotions surrounding Gabriel’s departure, recognizing the significant void it will leave. On behalf of the college community, including the board of directors, students, and all staff, he expressed deep gratitude for Gabriel’s unwavering dedication and contributions throughout his academic and professional tenure. Additionally, Dr. Jihan Tweimeh Nazzal, the Administrative and Financial Director, lauded Gabriel’s impact at the college and extended well wishes for his future endeavors on behalf of the entire student body and staff.

Mrs. Shireen Awwad Hilal, the Director of the Community Outreach Department, ended with a heartfelt prayer for Gabriel. She asked for God’s guidance, protection, and strength in his service. She prayed for blessings on his work, for him to be a shining light wherever he goes.

Bethlehem Bible College extends best wishes to Mr. Gabriel Hanna in his new mission. They are proud of his significant contributions to the college’s success and appreciate his dedication and sincerity during his time there.
