BBC looks forward with Strategic Planning Days

The College underwent Strategic Assessment and Planning Days on September 20th and 27th. The assessment was facilitated and supported by local partners, UNAIS and World Vision. A cross section sampling of members of the Board, Faculty, and Staff were invited to participate with a representation of all college departments present on each assessment day. The UNAIS facilitators, Skye Blyth-Whitelock and Nariman Imfareh, guided participants through a rigorous self examination of significant internal and external factors shaping our institution’s development. These encompassed a variety of topics that were examined on a sliding evaluation scale. The evaluation focused primarily on Bethlehem Bible College’s (a) Vision, Mission and Purpose, (b) Resources, (c) Capacities, (d) Governance, (e) Organizational Operations, (f) Development, (g) Financial Operations and Viability, (h) Fundraising, (i) Community Impact, (j) Civil Society, (k) Human Relations and (l) Donor relations—among other topics. Follow-up meetings will take place to examine the results and make plans for addressing the outcomes.
