Mission to Mafraq 3

We arrived in Mafraq, Jordan with a loving and warm welcome from Rev. Nour and his team. The group from Bethlehem had a smooth entry to Jordan and an easy journey from the border crossing to Amman and then to Mafraq. The group from Galilee had a different story. The authorities made them return to Nazareth but the next day they tried again and succeeded. Actually the change of heart was no little miracle! Eleven of us, 6 women and five men are in Mafraq now ready to serve under the umbrella of the Alliance Church. We have a great team of dedicated Palestinians and one expat from the West Bank and from the Nazareth area ready to do what God had called us to do. Pray that the Holy Spirit will anoint every visit that we make, and that God will be glorified through this mission. Pray also that we will bring comfort and joy to many Syrian hearts. Pray continually that the Spirit of God grants us discernment as we distribute food and other emergency items to the refugees. From Mafraq we want to express sincere appreciation to all our sponsors and prayer partners who made it possible for us to come to Jordan and engage in this vital ministry.
