Volunteer brings new English course to BBC

Bethlehem Bible College is offering a new community English course to help students prepare for the IELTS exam. IELTS (International English Language Testing System) is designed to test one’s ability to use English as required for study or work where English is the language of communication. The course is taught by Beverley Timgren, a volunteer teacher from Canada.  Beverley has served in the Middle East for many years developing and managing programs of dental care and other aid projects, and has been a friend of Bethlehem Bible College. Since training to teach English as a foreign language and joining HOPE Outreach of Canada (BBC’s partner in Canada), Beverley has been volunteering at BBC, and is pleased to assist in this new endeavour.
