BBC Continues to Plan Strategically
On the 14th February 2014 representatives from every corner of Bethlehem Bible College came together under the direction of facilitator Bart Den Boer to continue to plan for the future. This was only their second meeting due to the snow storm in December canceling the meeting planned for that month. Staff, faculty members, board members and students divided into groups and spent the day reviewing the results of their last strategic planning day in November, developing a mission statement and reviewing and refining the core values of the College. As Brenda Awad, one of the participants stated, “We are determining who we are, who we were, and where we are going”. Strategic planning is never a process which can be rushed and, with that in mind, the participants are enthusiastic to continue to meet and carefully and faithfully refine their ideas together. Bethlehem Bible College continues therefore to be in good and wise hands.
