Closing Lecture: Principles and Ethics of Tour Guiding

The tour guide department marked the end of its semester with a special lecture given by Mr. Ali Abu Srour, General Director of Tourism Professions at the Palestinian Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities (MoTA).  The lecture focused on the ethics of guiding according to the policy of MoTA. The students also had the opportunity to learn more about MoTA and ask questions about the upcoming exam for their tour guide license. As a Christian College we are committed to ensure our future graduates are aware of the principles that guide their profession. Haythan Dieck, the Tour Guide Program Coordinator, gave a special thank you to Mr. Ali Abu Srour for his lecture, his practical input and for the work of MoTA in developing tour guiding in Palestine.
