“A Pot in His Hand”: Know Your True Self

Despite the heavy rains and the huge quantities of water that fell on our homeland, which forced most schools to close and many programs and the events to be postponed, “A Pot in His Hand” ministry insisted on doing its event.

Bethlehem Bible College opened its doors to a number of women who wanted to join the evening no matter what.

The evening was opened with a welcoming speech and some praising and worshiping led by Pastor Jack Sara and Sister Selena.

In addition, Damaris and Mirna Isaac, two of the College’s students, presented two creative drama scenes revolving around the theme of the evening, which reflected patterns of personalities that are present in our midst.

A discussion was held between the participants in the drama scenes where they exchanged dialogue and ideas.

The scenes involved a portion about the true self and the counterfeit self by Dr. Madeline Sara, who covered the psychological dimensions by analyzing the personality behaviors and disorders.

We followed the program with a time of praise and individual prayers, then we enjoyed some fellowship time with snacks and friendly discussions.

Even though these meetings only take place once a month, the change we have seen and witnessed in the lives of the women attending is momentous. Stay tuned to read about some life-changing stories.
