"Working Together in Diversity": Women's Ministry 2nd training conference.

‘A Pot in His Hand’ Women’s Ministry launched its second training conference entitled, “Working Together in Diversity,” on Saturday afternoon at Bethlehem Bible College, where a number of women attended the conference.
Pastor Mamdouh Izzat was the guest of honor. He gave the women extensive training on how to work within a team, the mechanisms for dealing with different personalities, and resolving conflict.

The conference activities varied as it began with some praising led by Rev. Jack Sara accompanied by Monica, a worship singer, then continued to include spiritual reflections by Dr. Madeline Sara, followed by lectures, games, activities, and delicious meals.

The conference continued until Sunday afternoon. Even though it might have ended on that day, the resonance of its words and the depth of its teaching will accompany each one of us for months and perhaps years to come. It is our hope that this training will make a qualitative leap within each one of us so that we can serve our people and draw closer to the image of Jesus!
